How It Works

Working with Red Dust & Rhyme is simple, structured, and designed to get the best result for you.

  1. Agreement

Before we begin, you’ll receive a Service Agreement outlining how the process works.
This must be signed and returned before your project is accepted.

  1. Questionnaire

Once your signed and dated agreement is received, you’ll be sent a project questionnaire.
This step ensures:

  • Clarity of direction
  • Stronger final results
  • A smoother process from start to finish
  1. Payment

Full payment is required before any drafts or written material are released.

  1. Writing & Revisions

Your project will be written based on your brief, with revisions included to refine the final result.

  1. Delivery

Timelines vary depending on the project, however a minimum 8-week lead time is required. Longer timeframes will be required for some commercial projects.

Important Notes

  • Significant changes in direction may incur additional fees
  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated
  • Projects may be delayed if communication is delayed

Full Terms

A full Service Agreement is required for all projects and is available upon request.
